WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON PRIVACY AND UNSOLICITED EMAIL? 
When you place your order, if you supply your email address, you will only be contacted to inform you of any delays with your order, or to inform you of our  special offers.  Your name, address and email address will be stored in our shop.We will NOT pass your details onto any third party.

WILL ANYONE KNOW THAT I HAVE BOUGHT CONDOMS? 
No your order will be delivered in an unmarked discreet jiffy bag.  
 
HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE AND PACKAGING GOING TO COST ME? 
If your order is over £15.00 and you live within the UK, postage and packaging is FREE.
If your order is under £15.00 and you live within the UK, postage and packaging is £1.50.
If your order is to be delivered to another E.U country, postage and packaging is £3.50.

IS THERE A MAXIMUM ORDER VALUE? 
No. 

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? 
Our average time from the successful placing of an order to getting it in the post is about 24 hours. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will usually not go out until Monday. We use First Class post for all UK deliveries, and airmail for other E.U countries. 

I AM AN NUS STUDENT HOW DO I CLAIM MY DISCOUNT?

You need to logon to the nusonline website www.nusextra.co.uk.  You will find Covered Love under the Health and Beauty section on the 2nd page.  Once you have logged in you will be shown the unique code for all NUS orders.  Once you have decided what to buy and proceeded to payment, you will find a box titled discount coupons - please insert the unique NUS code here and all the rest is done for you. DO YOU HAVE A REFUND AND CANCELLATION PROCEDURE? 
For reasons of hygiene and safety, personal products such as condoms cannot be returned once packaging has been opened. Should items need to be returned for any reason please return all goods, complete with packaging via recorded delivery and retain proof of postage. We may send an alternative of equal or improved quality at no extra cost to the purchaser, or refund the cost of the purchase onto the original card used for payment.

Complying with the Customer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you may cancel your order for any reason within 7 days of receipt of your goods. Provided the goods are unopened and in good condition, we will refund your payment within 30 days. In the case of credit cards the refund will only be made to the card used for the payment. This does not affect your statutory rights.
 
WHAT ARE THE USE BY DATES ON YOUR CONDOMS? 
We are aware that there are less scrupulous traders out there who sell condoms with a very short sell by date. We GUARANTEE all our condoms have lengthy sell by dates.
 
DO I NEED A PERSONAL LUBRICANT? 
Personal lubricants are used by a lot of people, for straight and gay sex.
